Chepstow Racecourse emerged triumphant at The Racecourse Association (RCA) Awards held at Aintree Racecourse in November as they won Racing Connection 2023. The Racing Connection award celebrates initiatives that enrich the sport and broaden the reach to a wider audience.
Chepstow won the award for their inaugural Welsh Jump Jockeys’ Derby, which took place on the opening day of the Unibet Jumps Season Opener in October.

The charity holds profound significance as it stands as a pillar of support for trainer Christian Williams' daughter, Betsy.
