Tickets
Both tickets and hospitality collections will be operated from the main reception desk.
Tickets for this amazing event are only £18 in advance and remember, kids aged 17 and under go free. Tickets will then be £20 on the day so we recommend booking to guarantee the best price.
Food and Drink
You are allowed to bring a picnic with you into the racecourse (no alcohol).
As well as our permanent bars, a number of different food outlets are available in the including; old school sweets, noodles, pizza, burger bar and scampi & chips.
Entertainment and Competitions
A triceratops, giant raptor, baby dinos, giant dinosaur eggs and a dinosaur race will all be part of the free family entertainment. The half furlong (100m) Dino Derby Dash will take place at 1.25pm.
There will also be fun fair rides, with a rides suitable for smaller children as well as teens; these include bungee trampolines, mini planes, tea-cups, race-o-rama, monster truck ride, speed booster, dodgems and dance zone. Other entertainment on site includes bouncy castles, stilt walkers, magicians, and face painters.
Racecards
A racecard is a good investment, with a detailed guide to everything that is going on each day plus features and tips. These cost £3 on the day or £2.50 in advance.
Annual Members
The annual members bar is located in the Native River Lounge which overlooks the racecourse.
Travel and Transport
The racecourse shuttle bus operates from Chepstow Train Station to the Racecourse via the town's bus station. The service also operates from Newport Train Station direct to the Racecourse.
Racegoers pay just £3 for a return ticket from Chepstow, while those travelling from Newport pay £5 for a return journey. For times please click here.
Parking
Free parking is available on the car park opposite the race course.
Cash Machines
There are two cash machines located on the site. One in the Premier foyer and one in the Grandstand and paddock bar.
Dress Code
There is no dress code in the Grandstand, or when One Enclosure is in operation. Fancy dress is allowed, providing it’s decent and would not cause offence to other guests.
The dress code in hospitality areas and the Premier Enclosure is smart casual. Sportswear, trainers and fancy dress are not permitted, although dress code does not apply to children under 10.
