To enter, you just need to follow the instructions below! Competition ends at midnight on Friday 15th November and we will contact the winner shortly afterwards.

1. The “Coral Welsh Grand National Giveaway” Competition (“the Competition”) is a giveaway organised by Chepstow Races Ltd at Chepstow Racecourse (the “Promoter”). The Competition is open to UK and Irish residents only, who are aged 18 years and over.

2. The Competition prize (the “Prize”) is a set of two VIP hospitality tickets, which shall include:

a) Access to shared VIP suite;

b) Food served throughout the day;

c) Full complimentary bar throughout the day (inc. beer, wine, spirits, mixers and soft drinks);

d) Admission ticket and raceday programme.

4. Employees/personnel of the Promoter, Promoter’s group companies, Promoter’s retailers and agencies are not eligible to enter the Competition.

5. By entering the Competition, entrants are confirming they are happy to receive marketing information from the Promoter and its group companies. Entrants will have the option at all times to opt out of marketing emails.

6. The Competition will run from 14 October 2024 and will close at 23:59 of 15 November 2024.

7. To enter the Competition, entrants must click the link provided on the Competition’s page on the Promoter’s website (https://www.chepstow-racecourse.co.uk/competitions/coral-welsh-grand-national-vip-competition), that will redirect them to a form, where they shall insert their name and email address (the “Entry”). Entries will close at 23:59 of 15 November 2024.

8. Incomplete Entries will be void. Unsuccessful Entries will not be notified.

9. Only one Entry is permitted per person. In the event of a person submitting more than one Entry, ALL entries from that person will be void. A winner (the “Winner”) will be selected at random from all valid Entries submitted on the website within 72 hours of the closing date.

10. The Prize will be attributed jointly to the relevant Winner. The Winner will be notified by the Promoter by email to the email address provided when submitting their Entry and given details of how to claim the Prize. If the Winner does not respond to the Promoter within 24 hours of being notified, then the Prize will be forfeited. A Winner whose Prize has been forfeited is not entitled to payment or compensation of any kind.

11. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-endorsable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available.

12. The Promoter shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected messages, unavailable network connections, failed incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, online failures, hardware, software or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt or entrants ability to participate in the Competition or if any racing or any other event applicable to the Competition is cancelled for any reason or any circumstances affecting a Winner’s ability to access or use the Prize or for any Event of Force Majeure.

* "Event of Force Majeure" means:

a fire, flood, lightning, storm, earthquake or other similar geological or metrological event or condition or Act of God, national emergency, diseases, epidemic, pandemic, war, act of terrorism, riot or criminal act or damage, strike, lockout or other industrial action not involving the Promoter’s employees (to the extent such failure is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter) or any other event beyond the control of the Promoter. The entrant acknowledges and agrees that any disruption caused by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) or similar diseases (such as the temporary or permanent closure of the venues) shall constitute an Event of Force Majeure.

13. The entrant consents to the use of their name, for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation. The entrant’s personal information will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy accessible on https://www.chepstow-racecourse.co.uk/privacy-policy. From time to time, if the entrant has opted in for such communication preferences, the Promoter and its group companies may send to the entrant details of their products, services (and those of selected marketing partners) and/or competitions. The entrant can unsubscribe from this information service at any time, by clicking on “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the relevant email or by contacting the Promoter.

14. The Winner and accompanying guest must comply with the Promoter’s Terms and Conditions of Entry, available at https://www.chepstow-racecourse.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. In particular, the Winner and accompanying guest must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

15. By entering the Competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the information about the Competition.

16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
