A stunning Festival and Conference site in Wales
Located in Monmouthshire, this South Wales location really does have everything you could need with excellent facilities and views out over the River Severn and Wye Valley providing plenty of inspiration for team building, networking or as a filming location.
A mixture of lawns and hardstanding, free car parking for 1,500 vehicles, gated entry points, a secure perimeter and sound infrastructure and catering means we have the perfect set-up for drive-in movies, food and craft fairs, car shows and more. The View
This large capacity, first floor suite has plenty of space for your guests and delegates, as well as a number of screens throughout the room, so everyone can see presentations no matter where they are. Aptly named, the floor to ceiling windows offer fantastic views across the racecourse and with its own bar area, is popular for larger meetings, conferences, weddings and parties.

Our new Winning Post suite is an exclusive bar on the first floor of our Premier Grandstand, offering a fantastic selection of gins, champagne and prosecco overlooking the racecourse.

Used for meetings and exhibitions, this large, open, welcoming space complete with its own bar is a perfect entrance space and provides easy access to the larger Premier bar space.

One of our larger private boxes, these boxes all have their own kitchen area and 32" screens. Wifi and power points throughout, they are perfect for meetings, remote working, interviews or small celebrations.

1926 Bar is a large area leading from the Premier Foyer. Situated on the ground floor gives easy access to the grandstand area and 1926 has it's own private outdoor seating area. A great exhibition space, also a wonderful party space.

Corals Suite is unique as it can be divided into 3 smaller areas, which makes it a perfect facility for conferencing, training and team building. This suite has held some fantastic parties and wedding celebrations. This is a third floor suite with balcony views across the racecourse, accessible by stairs.

Owners and Trainers Marquee is a semi permanent building, with fixed doors and windows, fully draped marquee. Large open plan space with bar and small kitchen area is perfect for exhibitions and parties.

Owners and Trainers is a separate building with its own balcony with views across the racecourse and Piercefield Park and a patio area. All on ground level, the facility has it's own disabled parking spaces right outside. It is perfect for team building, private functions and celebrations, product launches and team meetings.

The racecourse is on the A466 Chepstow to Monmouth road, not far from the severn Bridge. From the M4 East (Junction 21) or M4 West (Junction 23), take the M48 and exit at Junction 2 (Chepstow). Then follow the brown racecourse signs.

Travel guidance
By Car
The racecourse is on the A466 Chepstow to Monmouth road, not far from the now toll-free Severn Bridge. From the M4 East (Junction 21) or M4 West (Junction 23), take the M48 and exit at Junction 2 (Chepstow). Then follow the brown racecourse signs. Please leave ample time for your journey for our busiest race days. Aim to arrive at the course at least an hour before the first race.
By Rail
Chepstow station is approximately 10 minutes walk from the town centre. There are direct trains to Chepstow from Birmingham, Cardiff, Cheltenham Spa, Derby, Gloucester, Newport and Nottingham. Connections are available at Newport for London (Paddington), Hereford, Shrewsbury, Crewe, Manchester,Swansea and all parts of Wales. Also, Bristol, Bath, Exeter, Salisbury, Portsmouth and all parts of South and West England.
By Air
Bristol Airport - approximately 30 miles. Cardiff Airport - approximately 45 miles. Helicopters may land on the racecourse by prior arrangement. Please email the clerk of the course for all air enquires eoflaherty@chepstow-racecourse.co.uk
